Enterprising, Customer focused, Process & Profit driven leader with proven excellence in driving Retail Branch Banking , Housing Finance , Loan Against Property , Personal Loan , Wealth Management – business and transformations. Leverages specialist knowledge to establish profitable companies and branch networks through talent and resource optimization, governance and industry best practice. Well versed in handling cross cultural diverse & large team. Been recognized for work ethics, values, integrity, quality & standards.
Demonstrating a natural flair as a leader, trouble-shooter and relationship manager with the commitment and respect to unlock the potential in every employee, customer and opportunity. This self-starter leads from the front to balance key profit drivers, long-term continuity and capability capitalisation. Have proven track record for handling Organic and In-organic growth of business.
Have expertise in driving business management of Liability, Asset, Wealth Management, Cross sale, Branch Expansion, Digital Banking, E-commerce – over 100 branches, Retail Balance Sheet size INR 9500 cores, over 500 ATMs & 1000 plus employees with full responsibility & accountability for annual business plans, sales, service, customer management, customer portfolio management, process, operation, audit, compliance, cost & revenue. Proven competency in assessing and recommending appropriate technology-based solutions E-Commerce, Digital Banking CRM, Dynamic Queuing Machines, Six Sigma, for enhancing functional organizational efficiency and achieving business excellence & regulatory Compliance. Handled RBI ombudsman cases & worked as Principal Nodal Officer for Bank.
